Obviously peanut butter and chocolate are a match made in heaven. Australia hasn’t quite caught onto the wonder of PB an chocolate quite like America has but the movement is strong and growing.
I always thought truffles were difficult to make considering how much they cost at the shops or at a Chocolatier. Looking at potential recipes on the internet it’s pretty clear that truffles are VERY easy to make.

THe only thing I did differently was added 1 tsp of sea salt instead of 1/2 and rolled them in melted dark chocolate and dusted with cocoa powder for the sophisticated palate.
