when it comes to brownies, it don’t matter if they’re brown or white.
I didn’t think I’d embrace brownies as much I do. This is a white chocolate brownie – affectionately known as blondies. I’ll always remain a lover of the brownie but it’s nice every now and then to change things up. The key to a good brownie is the moistness inside. In my opinion, ice cream is merely to disguise an average brownie. A good brownie doesn’t need ice cream on the side. That said, I do love ice cream. 🙂
