I was given a task to produce an Easter themed cake… what a challenge. The challenge was made very simple when I scrolled through the Woolworths catalogue and found a rabbit shaped silicone baking mould for $7. After going to 4 different stores to no luck (they all said that the stock hadn’t arrived yet), I stumbled across a similar mould at the Reject Shop for $5! Here’s a link to a similar cake mould sold by Chalet http://www.chalet.net.au/product/537/jigsaw-bunny-cake-mould

I kept this one pretty simple, white chocolate cake, with white chocolate buttercream, with shaved white chocolate on top. Sounds like a lot of white chocolate. Surprisingly it wasn’t too rich. If it was a white choc mudcake, that may be overkill.

If you don’t like white chocolate, this is probably not going to be your thing. I’ll post the recipe up if there is demand for it, but for me, this post is to say that white chocolate cake with white chocolate butter cream WORKS!
